By downloading or using Shifter, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Shifter belongs to the developer, Matija Lukanc. You may not copy or redistribute the app under your own name or under the name of your company. If you do, legal action may be taken against you and/or your company.

If you wish to use any design elements from this app, you may ask the developer for permission.

Shifter is a personal time and earnings tracking tool. It can record work sessions, estimate earnings, summarize activity, export data, and connect with supported Apple system features.

Shifter does not collect any information regarding your usage of the app. For a more detailed explanation, see the Privacy Policy.

The app is currently only available for iOS, watchOS, and iPadOS.

Shifter is not payroll, accounting, tax, or legal software. You are responsible for checking recorded hours, wage settings, calculations, exports, and any information used for employment or financial decisions.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Features may change, and uninterrupted operation or permanent data availability is not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including lost data, missed time, or inaccurate earnings records.

The app’s design, software, and original content belong to Matija Lukanc or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These terms may change with future versions. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
