Privacy Policy

Shifter does not collect information about your use of the app. No data is automatically sent to the developer, and the developer cannot view your shifts, jobs, earnings, notes, or app settings.

Shifter uses iCloud to store your data and synchronize your shifts between your devices. Your Shifter data is not stored by the developer or in any developer-operated database.

If iCloud is temporarily unavailable because of an outage or a missing internet connection, Shifter may store data locally on your device until a connection to iCloud is available again.

In Shifter, under Settings → Contact Developer, you can either send a regular email to support@bluuu.eu or choose to attach a diagnostic text file.

A diagnostic file is created and sent only when you choose this option and send the email. Shifter does not send diagnostic information automatically.

The diagnostic file may include the app version and build information; device model, operating system, language, region, and time zone; storage and memory information; low power and thermal state; and whether the connection uses Wi-Fi or cellular data. It does not include your IP address, Wi-Fi network name, or mobile network provider.

It may also include permission and feature states, iCloud and CloudKit availability and errors, local database metadata and integrity checks, the number of jobs and shifts, the state of a current activity, general app and accessibility settings, and recent technical log entries.

The file does not include job names, notes, specific hourly wages, or earnings.

The report is attached as a plain TXT file, so you can open and review exactly what will be sent before sending the email.

You may remove information from the file at your discretion. However, removing diagnostic details may make troubleshooting more difficult and is therefore not recommended.

This privacy policy may change in the future. Material changes will be communicated to users through an app update before the revised policy takes effect.
