By downloading or using NextUp, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

NextUp is a personal countdown tool for creating upcoming events, viewing time remaining, pinning events to widgets, and optionally adding events to your system calendar.

You are responsible for event details, dates, calendar entries, notification settings, and acting on reminders. NextUp should not be the only reminder used for critical deadlines, travel, medical care, payments, or emergencies.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Countdown accuracy, notifications, widgets, and calendar integrations can be affected by device settings or system behavior.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including missed events, lost data, or unavailable notifications.

The app’s design, software, and original content belong to Matija Lukanc or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These terms may change with future versions. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
