NextUp does not collect, sell, or share personal data. No account is required, and the developer does not receive your events, countdowns, or preferences.

Your countdown information and preferences are stored locally on your device. Removing an event in the app or deleting the app removes the associated local data, subject to normal device backups managed by Apple.

If you choose to add an event to your calendar, NextUp uses Apple’s calendar framework after requesting permission. Calendar information is handled on your device and is not sent to the developer. You can change calendar access in device Settings.

Widgets and optional notifications use Apple system services to show countdown information you create. Their availability and delivery are controlled by your device and system settings.

NextUp does not include third-party advertising, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking technologies.

This policy may be updated as the app changes. The latest version and its effective date will remain available here.
